What is your poster’s life expectancy?
Our posters are printed using the very latest reprographic processes offering high quality, super value and rapid production speeds

Our posters will give a long indoor life, upto several years in many situations. Outdoor life can be up to several months depending on the site and it’s exposure to direct weathering, particularly U.V. ie. South facing is more destructive than North facing for example.


Customers should also consider the paper type that may suit their purpose, ie. blueback paper has significantly better weathering properties than 90gsm economy paper. Most customers accept that posters are to be used in temporary or semi-permanent situations.

It is not possible to quote an accurate outdoor life on any poster, as position, climate, colours etc. will effect any printed matter.

Print Sizes
All print requiring a size adjustment will be scaled proportionally to the shortest measurement unless otherwise requested when ordering.

Can I order several differently designed posters at the same time?
No. You must Individually upload one design/file at a time. Place “1” in the quantity box & when you reach the cart, click on “continue shopping” to repeat the process and add your other designs/files.

What are ‘A’ sizes??
A0 = 841 x 1189mm - 33⅛ x 46¾ inch
A1 = 594 x 841mm - 23⅜ x 33⅛ inch
A2 = 420 x 594mm - 16½ x 23⅜ inch

Is it safe to shop on our website?
Yes!  We use the very latest technology to ensure our customer’s information is safe. Our website is hosted on secure web servers and online payment is taken through one of the UK’s leading payment providers.

Do I have to be a registered member to shop?
No you do not have to be a member to shop at Granthams Print although being a member is a feature of our new site.  You will create your account at your first sale on our site as you proceed to checkout.  This feature will now enable you to manage your own account online, including tracking your history and invoices.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes, if you prefer not to order your goods online you can easily call us and our dedicated staff will take you through the buying process manually.

My parcel is late, what do I do?
If your parcel has still not arrived after the delivery time stated for your region on our our delivery information section then please contact us.

My parcel has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your parcel has arrived damaged please leave the parcel as it arrived complete with the original packaging and contact us immediately.

The country I reside in is not in your shipping options, can I still purchase from you?
Yes, simply contact us and we will inform you of the cost of delivery and take your order manually.

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 1 item (e.g. 1 poster).

I don’t want to receive any more newsletters, can I unsubscribe?
If you do not wish to receive any more newsletters either reply to your last newsletter and put ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject field or simply contact us with your request.

How do I contact you regarding my order?

Can you invoice me for my order?
Local Government & Schools and Colleges may order simply by posting or emailing their order to us. Regular high volume commercial purchasers may apply for a 30-day credit account by contacting our head office on 01253 624402 and asking for our Credit Control department.

Can I split my order across several designs?
No, I’m afraid not. Each seperate design needs it’s own item in the shopping cart.
